Product Certification

Product certification in the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out within the framework of the GTSR of the Republic of Kazakhstan and within the framework of the EAEU.

Confirmation of compliance is carried out in the following forms:

Registration of a declaration of conformity includes:

  • the applicant’s choice of a declaration of conformity scheme;
  • formation and analysis by the applicant of documents confirming the conformity of the products with the established requirements;
  • identification and (or) sampling of products (samples) of products, if this is provided for by the declaration of conformity scheme;
  • implementation by the manufacturer of production control and taking all necessary measures to ensure that the production process ensures its compliance with the requirements, if this is provided for by the declaration of conformity scheme;
  • the applicant’s choice of an accredited testing laboratory (center) in the event that conformity declaration schemes are used that provide for the participation of an accredited testing laboratory (center);
  • conducting research (testing) and product measurements, depending on the declaration of conformity scheme of the choice of the applicant in an accredited testing laboratory (center) or the manufacturer’s own testing laboratory (unless otherwise specified by the technical regulation);
  • conducting a study of the type of product, if this is provided for by the declaration of conformity scheme;
  • adoption and registration of the declaration of conformity of products with the requirements of the technical regulation (hereinafter referred to as the declaration of conformity) in the manner approved by the Commission;
  • ensuring that the applicant marks the products with a single sign of circulation in the manner approved by the Commission;
  • formation by the applicant of a set of evidence that served as the basis for the adoption of the declaration of conformity, confirming the conformity of the products with the requirements of the technical regulation, after completion of the procedures for confirming compliance of the products with the requirements of the technical regulation in the form of a declaration of conformity and their storage.


Product certification includes:

  1. filing by the applicant to the certification body for certification
  2. making a decision on the application, informing the applicant about the decision
  3. conclusion of a contract for certification work
  4. identification, sampling
  5. product testing in an accredited laboratory
  6. production assessment (if provided by the certification scheme)
  7. analysis of the results and decision-making on the issuance (of refusal to issue) a certificate
  8. certificate registration in the registry of the GTSD of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the register of the Customs Union
  9. issuing and issuing a certificate
  10. implementation of inspection control over certified products (if provided for by the certification scheme)
  11. providing information on certification results

OPS P LLP “Caspian Certification Center” is accredited in the system of technical regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO / IEC 17065-2013 “Conformity assessment. Requirements for bodies for certification of products, processes and services “and has an accreditation certificate No.KZ.O.13.0192 dated 11/05/2018.

OPS P LLP “Caspian Certification Center” was included in the Unified Register of certification bodies and testing laboratories (centers) of the Customs Union in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
