Certificate of Origin
Certificate of goods origin – a document certifying the country of origin of goods and issued in accordance with the laws of that state or state of export, if the certificate is issued on the basis of information received from the country of origin in the country of export.
Certificate of goods origin of the form "CT-KZ" is certified and issued by an authorized organization for the goods:
- subjected to sufficient processing in accordance with the criteria for sufficient processing of goods and exported from the territory of special economic zones and free warehouses to the rest of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- produced or subjected to sufficient processing in accordance with the criteria for sufficient processing of goods in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and sold in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To obtain a certificate of origin of goods of the form "CT-KZ" it is necessary to issue an examination certificate for internal circulation.
"Caspian Certification Center" LLP provides a service for drawing up an act of examination of goods origin for internal circulation (ST KZ).
The staff of the Caspian Certification Center LLP has expert auditors for determining the country of goods origin that have received qualification certificates, in accordance with the licensing requirements for expert auditors for confirming compliance, accreditation, determining the country of goods origin, the status of goods of the Customs Union or foreign goods, approved by order of the acting Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan from February 6, 2015 № 116 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 10513).
